Issues: Several modules never had checkstyle enabled, so they were inconsistent with Samza checkstyle. Changes: Enable checkstyle for all modules automatically through `subprojects` in `build.gradle` and make the code consistent with checkstyle. This will automatically apply checkstyle to new modules in the future as well. Tests: Ran compilation and unit tests.
