There is some set-up for Sonar Scanner in Samza
([https://github.com/apache/samza/pull/305]), but it seems to have been
disabled: [https://github.com/apache/samza/pull/868].
It looks like Sonar runs a bunch of checks (e.g. test coverage) and helps track
"code quality" based on those checks. I didn't do a lot of investigation, so
more investigation is needed to determine if it is useful to turn this back on.
