When the first step of establishing connection with Azure blob storage starts
with validating the flush threshold size against the supported block size by
the storage account, 404 is thrown. This is because, depending on the role the
job is assigned with respect to Azure, it might not be able to fetch account
info to perform the validation. Despite this the role might have perm to create
contianers and upload blobs.
Allow validation failures by logging a warn message when validation fails.
