This PR is in response to travis-ci taking a long time to run the PR check. Here's a sample (from the check run on this PR): Commit time: 14:07 Travis-CI start time: 17:42 Actual run time: 27 mins Total time to get a result back with travis-ci is 3 hours and 32 minutes (not including the actual build time, which pushes it over 4 hours -- 4:02 in this case). Note that travis-ci incorrectly reports back that it ran in 27 minutes. In comparison, Github actions starts almost instantly and it appears to also run slightly faster (by a few minutes, but my sample size is small). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
