Samza currently using YARN 2.10.1, which only supports Java 8.
Per YARN doc
[here|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HADOOP/Hadoop+Java+Versions],
only YARN 3.3+ has support for Java11 runtime. As part of the effort to move to
Java 11 support, we need to upgrade Samza YARN dependencies to YARN 3.3+.
