If you have problems with this config, try the following:
* Do not set {{git config reviewboard.url}} (check in {{.git/config}} whether
it is set)
* You should not have a {{$HOME/.reviewboardrc}} because (for some unfathomable
reason) the {{.reviewboardrc}} in your home directory takes precedence over the
one in the project directory.
