Jakob Homan commented on SAMZA-177:
-----------------------------------

This has been completed. LI Legal helped us avoid going the IP Clearance
process, so there was a quick import (thanks to [~jfarrell]!). The mirror to
github is also complete: https://github.com/apache/incubator-samza-hello-samza
All Samza committers should have access.

I'll open a final pull request against the LI repo to delete the content and
point to the new Apache mirror.

> Right now the intro module to Samza is still hosted on github even though
> we're working on it through ASF JIRA. It'd be better to move it under the
> ASF git so that (a) all committers get access to it automatically and (b)
> it's a more official part of the project. We can still have it mirrored to
> github (as the main repo is done), so that most users will interact with it
> through that site.
> Lots of ASF projects have multiple git repos (http://git.apache.org/) that
> they publish to. I'll work with infra to get this moved over.
