Hello-samza is a great starting point for people who want to run a Samza job
for the first time, but there's no next-step.
The next-step is generally to run a Samza job in a "real" YARN grid (with more
than one node). We should write a tutorial that explains how to do this. I've
already done a quick writeup on the mailing list here:

We should formalize this, and try and clean up the rough edges (there's a LOT
of copy/pasting and curling going on).
