TestSamzaContainerPerformance currently includes a little class called
TestPerformanceTask. This class is actually generally useful outside of the
unit test, and should be moved into the main samza-test code base, so it is
included in the samza-test jar. This will allow others to run
TestPerformanceTask in their own clusters to measure performance.
