I have made the following changes:
# The reason why the width was off was due to Bootstrap responsiveness. I have
disabled responsiveness and updated the layout, making the sidebar fixed width
and set the width of the page to 70% to make the page width behave like the
original layout.
# Made code blocks scroll instead of wrap.
# Use lists on the docs page and add indentation.
# Update the CSS classes for the LinkedIn/Twitter icons to Font Awesome 4
classes, restoring the icons.
