Thanks for the review. I think I've incorporated all your comments.
I've now rebased onto master, resolved the merge conflict, and attach a new
patch (v4) which applies cleanly. It corresponds to the latest version of the
RB.
Regarding PNG vs. SVG, I only changed the images that I needed to modify anyway
(to update their contents). I've opened SAMZA-278 for conversion of the
remaining images.
