I think moving the abstract storage engine factories to samza-core is a good
idea (thanks for suggesting !)
At this point, I'm still playing with the TreeMap implementation vs the guava
equivalent - to check which one is better. Based on that, we can choose to get
rid of samza-kv (or not).
