Quick patch with code-gen'ed compareTo for SystemStreamPartition and Partition.
Would have liked to do it on SystemStream and call super, but then you get
SystemStreamPartition and SystemPartition implementing Comparable for two
different type classes, which Java doesn't like.
Tested on the SAMZA-123 branch with the AM, which there shows all the SSPs per
TopicName.
