Right now our "Unit Tests" link goes straight to https://builds.apache.org. I'd
propose that we rename this section to "Tests", and have it link to a webpage
we control. The new page can be used to provide links to Travis, as well as our
integration/performance suite (SAMZA-14). It can also be used to link to docs
about testing (both for Samza devs, and those that are interested in
performance numbers).
For now, let's just have this ticket be about creating the stub page, having it
link to Travis CI, and providing some basic docs about how things work.
