do we only change the 0.8.0 version to 0.8 version, or we also want to change
the 0.7.0 to 0.7 ? I suggest only change from 0.8 version because we have not
published the website. Otherwise, we also need a patch for 0.7.0 branch and
republish the 0.7 websites.
