### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Now, we have several tasks in Seatunnel, e.g. `check conf`, `execute a spark task`, `execute a flink task`. In the future, we may have more task. It's better to use different command class to execute different task, rather then write all the code in `Seatunnel.java`.
