### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Right now, we use the naming rule to load the plugin and do some config check. For example, all plugin need to be put at package `org.apache.seatunnel.{engine}.{source/transform/sink}` and all `streaming source` should be naming end with stream. These rule is hack, and unreliable.
