### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Now some specified Flink configurations will be set when the FlinkEnvironment is created. For example, BUFFER_TIMEOUT_MILLIS and PARALLELISM will be set in FlinkEnvironment.createStreamEnvironment(). But the candidate keys is defined in Class ConfigKeyName, in a mechanism like 'whitelist'.
