### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description For now, when we want to ingest a seatunnel row in spark the string field that in this row will be treated as `UTF8String`, not a normal `String`. This will lead to unexpected results.
