   ### What happened
   
   We use `sinkColumnsIndexInRow` to get the field to write to file in Orc and 
Parquet WriteStrategy, But `sinkColumnsIndexInRow` lost in Text And Json 
WriteStrategy.
   
   In OrcWriteStrategy:
