### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22bug%22) and found no similar issues. ### What happened When using Hdfs file sink, always got ``` Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Plugin PluginIdentifier{engineType='seatunnel', pluginType='sink', pluginName='Hdfs'} not found. ``` I try to run with example, downloaded source code and docker image. All get this error.
