测了下，
source {
SqlServer-CDC {
...
debezium = {
database.trustServerCertificate = true
}
...
}
}可以透传，但是挺难受，trustServerCertificate参数要配置2次，base-url中配置一次，debezium中再配置一次，社区已经在优化中，期待修复
