### Purpose of this pull request
This pull request updates the LocalFile connector documentation to include
the newly added markdown format support. The markdown parser feature was
implemented in PR #9760 and this documentation update provides users with
comprehensive information about how to use the new markdown file format.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes. This PR updates the documentation to describe the new markdown file
format support in the LocalFile connector. Users will now be able to:
- Understand the structured output schema with fields like `element_id`,
`element_type`, `heading_level`, `text`, `page_number`, `position_index`,
`parent_id`, and `child_ids`
- Access updated documentation in both English and Chinese
The documentation changes include:
- Added MarkdownReadStrategy
- Updated changelog entries for both EN and ZH versions
### How was this patch tested?
This is a documentation-only change. The documentation was reviewed to
ensure:
- Accuracy of technical details about the MarkdownReadStrategy functionality
- Consistency with existing documentation format and style
- Proper translation between English and Chinese versions
- Correct changelog formatting and commit references
