   On second thought, i think this can lead to weird failure when restart 
happens if there is a new table in the existing publication that do not use 
primary key. Weird because when the new table without primary key is created, 
it might successfully streamed since the check happens only at startup.
   
   Might i suggest removing the check and instead just use documentation or 
warning level log to warn about the replica identity just like vanilla debezium?
