table discovery during checkpoints might cause delays or timeouts. Am I missing
something, or is there a simpler way to handle this without impacting
checkpoint stability?

@dongwooooooo You must have misunderstood. Let me describe the overall idea:
   1. When recovering from a Savepoint/Checkpoint or starting up, obtain new
tables and then perform a full + incremental process.
   2. If new tables are generated during operation, directly proceed to the
incremental phase, so that when Debezium reads the binlog in a streaming manner
and encounters DDL/DML of new tables, it can "automatically match and start
processing".
