> You should use the right format in your clause like `TO_DATE('2026-01-12
00:00:00', 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss')`, this format will get `LocalDateTime`
because the 3thrd party interface returned the data format is yyyy-M-d
H:m:s , how can i say its wrong format. now i use to_date function only can get
date value which is not expect.
