### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Currently, there is no way to specify partition keys for multi-table sync. We can specify tables, columns , primary keys but not partitions. Would be useful to have an ability to specify those and use placeholders in the Sink to specify them on per table basis. Haven't found anything on this. ### Usage Scenario when syncing multiple tables, having an ability to partition iceberg tables can significantly improve performance for query engines and end users. Manual repartitioning requires rewriting everything. ### Related issues _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [ ] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [x] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
