Thanks for calling this out, @heye1005. I agree this Redshift example should not imply that `field_ide = UPPERCASE` is needed in the default path. On a normal cluster Redshift folds unquoted identifiers to lowercase, so this line reads more like a MySQL carry-over than a Redshift-specific requirement. I would either drop it from the CDC example or only keep it together with an explicit note that it is for `enable_case_sensitive_identifier = true` plus uppercase column names. There is still no new commit on this head, so I am not doing another full pass in this round.
