## Purpose - split unrelated CI stabilization changes out of #10780 - keep the DB2 CDC PR focused on DB2 functionality only - address connector CI failures in a dedicated PR for independent review ## Scope - stabilize flaky connector E2E cases for Kafka, RocketMQ, FTP, SFTP, MySQL CDC, SQL Server XA, and TDengine - add the Xugu JDBC query-based validation workaround - tolerate missing source coordinator state on restore - track the Maven wrapper jar so CI does not fail before Maven starts ## Validation - `./mvnw spotless:apply -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true -T 3C` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true -T 3C` - local container-backed E2E runtime was not revalidated in this run because Docker/Testcontainers is unavailable in the current environment ## Notes - this PR intentionally carries only the unrelated CI fixes that were previously mixed into #10780 - #10780 has been reset back to DB2-related changes only -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
