Thanks for the update. I rechecked the PR metadata, and there is still no new head commit after the already-approved revision `b9741685f3e72e221e3d7146a6f6e9bf3c46f3f0`, so my previous approval on the SQLite code path remains unchanged and I am not starting a new full review in this batch. The visible remaining gate is still the latest `Build` check, which is red on the current head.
