Since the head is still the same `a8cae540a34dceda1aacb927f55f785e9fd90d6a` and there has been no new code update after Daniel's latest current-head check, I am treating this as a reply-only follow-up rather than opening another fresh review record on the unchanged head. On that unchanged revision, I still do not see a remaining source-level blocker from Daniel's side. The earlier recovery-path concern was the key one for me, and the current head already addresses it. At this point I would treat the merge decision as a maintainer / checks question rather than a new Daniel re-review item.
