Thanks for linking #11013. That new report is useful because it narrows the symptom to the normal TiDB-CDC path on 2.3.13 + Flink, with `resolvedTs` continuing to advance while row events stop reaching downstream. That looks related to the broader loss direction discussed here, but it is not the same reproduction as the older `TiDB-CDC-MIGRATE` case in this thread.
