## Summary
- align the refreshed homepage navigation with the approved layout by
removing `Home`, moving `ASF` to the tail, and tightening the SeaTunnel brand
placement
- restore the official direct Slack short link across homepage entry points
and legacy docs while keeping the new Ask AI/Slack utility pages consistent
- fix legacy workflow asset references that were repeatedly surfacing during
homepage validation by switching the affected old-doc pages to the existing
`workflow.png` asset
## Validation
- Real UI validation: `docusaurus start --host 127.0.0.1 --port 3007
--no-open`
- Verified `/`, `/ask-ai`, `/slack`, `/docs/2.3.13/introduction/about`,
and `/zh-CN/` in a real browser
- Confirmed logo-to-home behavior, navbar order, official Slack direct
links, Ask AI styling, and the hub-page theme toggle
- Production build attempt: `npm run build`
- No reused artifacts
- The repo-wide all-locales build was started after replacing the noisy
legacy workflow SVG references, but it did not finish within this session
window, so no final build artifact was produced in this run
- `./mvnw spotless:apply` was not run because this repository does not
contain `mvnw`
- `npm run typecheck` currently fails because of pre-existing repository
issues in `docusaurus.config.js` parsing and the linked `execa` type
definitions outside this change scope
