## Summary
- remove the architecture pipe dash-scroll animation so the line no longer
reads like a full-width scrolling bar
- clip horizontal overflow in the homepage shell and architecture SVG so the
moving pulse does not leak outside the pipeline area
- center the footer copyright text block for better visual balance
## Validation
- UI runtime check: `npm run start -- --host 127.0.0.1 --port 3044`
- verified the homepage at `http://127.0.0.1:3044/`
- confirmed the architecture pipe tracks no longer animate as a whole
scrolling bar
- confirmed the page no longer overflows horizontally at the tested
viewport
- confirmed the footer copyright block is centered
- Production build attempt: `npm run build`
- not fully green in this local validation worktree
- failed during broader docs SSR with repeated `TypeError: Cannot read
properties of undefined (reading 'unversionedId')`
- this failure was outside the two touched homepage style files and
happened while rendering many docs pages in the locally patched validation
environment
## Reused local validation artifacts
- reused local `node_modules`
- reused local `docs`
- reused local `sidebars.js`
- reused local `static/image_en`
These helper artifacts were only used to make the local homepage runtime
verifiable and are not part of this PR.
