## Summary
- reorder the docs sidebar into a newcomer-first reading path
- rewrite the EN/ZH introduction pages to guide first-time users from
understanding to first run
- improve the how-it-works and deployment entry pages so new users can reach
SeaTunnel Engine and job config guidance faster
## Validation
- `./mvnw -pl '!seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-ui' spotless:apply`
- `./mvnw -q -DskipTests -pl '!seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-ui' verify`
failed in `seatunnel-dist` during `export-connector-metadata` with
`TableSinkFactory` class loading; this is outside the modified docs scope
- local zh preview verified for:
- `/zh-CN/docs/introduction/about`
- `/zh-CN/docs/introduction/how-it-works`
- `/zh-CN/docs/getting-started/locally/deployment`
