## What does this PR do? - add the zh-CN sidebar label for the new `Scenario Recipes` category - keep the current docs navigation consistent after the connector sidebar restructure ## Why is this needed? The connector navigation in `apache/seatunnel` now promotes scenario recipes as a nested category for new users. Without the matching zh-CN translation key in `seatunnel-website`, the mobile sidebar falls back to the English category label. ## Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? Yes.
