This pull request adds the source side of a connector for Azure CosmosDB.
The first version includes a simple implementation that is only Azure CosmosDB
Core API. This version includes simple batch reading with a Cosmos SQL query
and single split reading.

- Added simple support for `Azure CosmosDB` (source side)
- Added `docs/en/connectors/source/AzureCosmosDB.md` and
`docs/en/connectors/changelog/connector-azurecosmosdb.md`
### How was this patch tested?
- Added unit tests

- Added E2E tests (source side only)
