Thanks for claiming the Couchbase slice. `sink only` for the first PR is the right scope, and the V1 boundary you outlined is reasonable: 1. bucket / scope / collection targeting 2. document key + JSON body upsert path 3. configurable batch flushing For the first PR, please keep source support, schema inference, richer document operations, and broader consistency semantics out of scope. A narrow sink-first slice will be much easier to review and merge.
