I rechecked the current head against the latest `dev` and the current CI state. - base branch: `dev` - head SHA: `2f292715f0ef87747d98606d62b07a8ca7d61a45` - compare status: `diverged` - ahead_by: `1` - behind_by: `7` - mergeable_state: `blocked` - CI / merge gate snapshot: `Build [failure]` The current failing signal I can see is coming from `Run / all-connectors-it-7 (8, ubuntu-latest)`, specifically `MysqlCDCWithFlinkSchemaChangeIT`, which does not line up with the Kafka AVRO writer-schema path this PR changes. Since this branch is also behind the latest `dev`, the lowest-cost next step is to sync with the latest `dev` and rerun CI first.
