I rechecked the current head against the latest `dev` and the current CI state. - base branch: `dev` - head SHA: `78112f3e360cefda855c2953b7cbc4290ff6a9af` - compare status: `diverged` - ahead_by: `3` - behind_by: `7` - mergeable_state: `blocked` - CI / merge gate snapshot: `Build [failure]` The current failing signals are `Run / unit-test (11, ubuntu-latest)` and `Run / all-connectors-it-4 (8, ubuntu-latest)`, which do not line up with the workflow / upgrade-tooling path this PR changes. Since this branch is also behind the latest `dev`, the lowest-cost next step is to sync with the latest `dev` and rerun CI first.
