Thanks for the update. I rechecked the latest head on the Kafka exactly-once visible-record counting path again. ## Current state on the latest head - I do not see a reopened source-side blocker in the current revision. - Counting the records a `read_committed` consumer can actually observe still looks like the right direction on this helper path. - The current `Build` run is still pending, so the remaining gate is CI rather than a new blocker from Daniel's side.
