## Purpose Improve connector documentation for Iceberg, Kafka, and Socket based on current connector option definitions and available e2e job coverage. ## Changes - Clarify Iceberg source `table` vs `table_list` usage, fix the multi-table example, and remove an unsupported Hive catalog option from the example. - Document Iceberg sink CDC support, `multi_table_sink_replica`, upsert primary-key requirements, partition-key behavior, and commit branch usage in English and Chinese docs. - Align Kafka source option docs with the current option surface by documenting `debezium_record_include_schema`, correcting `table_list` type, and removing the unsupported `is_native` option row. - Tighten Socket source/sink docs to describe line-based reads, JSON-line writes, retry behavior, and lack of exactly-once guarantees in English and Chinese docs. ## Verification - `./mvnw spotless:apply` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
