## Purpose Improve the JDBC connector documentation for MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server in both English and Chinese. ## What changed - Clarified JDBC source table selection by marking `query` as optional when `table_path` or `table_list` is used. - Added missing multi-table source/sink capability notes where the current JDBC option surface supports them. - Documented JDBC sink timer flush via `batch_interval_ms`, including the current default value and behavior. - Added missing SQL Server sink save-mode, custom SQL, properties, and multi-table sink replica options. - Corrected sample SQL/URL typos and aligned exactly-once notes with the `max_retries=0` requirement. - Kept connector support version information unchanged. ## Verification - `./mvnw spotless:apply` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
