Thanks @Ruiii-w for working on PostgreSQL COPY support. This is a useful capability for the JDBC/PostgreSQL path. After rechecking the current `dev` branch, this capability is already covered there through `use_copy_statement` and the `CopyManagerBatchStatementExecutor` implementation. To keep the PR queue focused and avoid asking you to spend more CI/review time on an implementation that has already been absorbed, I'm closing this PR now. Please keep contributing.
