Thanks @SEZ9 for tracing this path in detail. I rechecked the production config assembly and I agree Issues 1 and 2 are real on the current head. `PostgresSourceConfigFactory.create()` still sets `database.dbname`, but it does not populate Debezium `database.include.list`. That means `RelationalTableFilters.databaseFilter()` can indeed degenerate to accept-all here, so the new `continue` branch in `TableDiscoveryUtils` by itself is not enough to prove `#8184` is fixed end-to-end.
