### Purpose of this pull request Follow-up to #7739. Flink and Spark already expose the `--check` option, but their validation commands were no-ops. This PR adds shared configuration validation that: * loads and prepares source, transform, and sink plugins without executing the job; * validates connector options, schemas, table routing, job mode compatibility, and required source/sink sections; * preserves root-cause error messages for invalid configurations; * validates Flink restart-strategy settings before plugin validation. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. `--check` for Flink and Spark now performs real validation. Valid configurations exit successfully, while invalid restart strategies, missing input tables, unsupported multiple inputs, and connector option failures return a non-zero exit code with the underlying reason. ### How was this patch tested? * Added 6 shared validation tests, 2 Flink command tests, and 2 Spark command tests covering success and failure paths. * Ran the 10 focused tests twice on Ubuntu with OpenJDK 17.0.19 and Maven 3.8.7. * Ran real Flink 1.15 and Spark 3 starter main classes with `--check` for valid source-transform-sink configurations; both exited 0. * Verified invalid Flink restart strategy, missing Spark input table, and unsupported multiple input tables; each exited non-zero with the expected root-cause message. * Ran Spotless checks and `git diff --check`. ### Check list * [x] No new Jar binary package is added. * [x] Existing command documentation already describes the `--check` option. * [x] This PR introduces no incompatible change. * [x] This PR does not modify connector code. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
