### Purpose of this pull request Fix a flaky unit test in `SeaTunnelEngineClusterRoleTest` by allowing the asynchronous cancel path to report either `CANCELING` or `CANCELED` after `cancelJob` is issued. **Root cause:** The CI failure shows `testWorkerIsFirstMemberThenGetJobDetailStatus` timing out while waiting for the job status to become exactly `CANCELED`: ``` ConditionTimeoutException: Expected terminal state but was: CANCELING expected: <CANCELED> but was: <CANCELING> ``` Job cancellation is asynchronous in the engine. Other engine tests already accept both `CANCELING` and `CANCELED` immediately after the cancel request, so this assertion was stricter than the engine state transition contract and could fail under CI timing. **Changes:** - Accept `JobStatus.CANCELING` or `JobStatus.CANCELED` after `cancelJob` - Keep the test focused on verifying that the job entered the cancel path ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. This change only affects test stability. ### How was this patch tested? - `./mvnw spotless:apply` Per request, no tests were run locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
