### Purpose of this pull request Fix a flaky MySQL CDC Flink schema-change E2E test by giving schema-evolution assertions enough time to recover after Flink/XA restart behavior on loaded CI runners. **Root cause:** The `all-connectors-it-7` CI job intermittently fails in `MysqlCDCWithFlinkSchemaChangeIT.testMysqlCdcWithSchemaEvolutionCaseExactlyOnce` with: ``` ConditionTimeoutException: expected: <add_column1> but was: <description> within 3 minutes ``` The failure log also shows the Flink job entering `RESTARTING` after the JDBC exactly-once sink runs XA recover/rollback. When this happens near the end of the 3-minute assertion window, the sink table may not replay the schema-change event before the assertion times out. **Changes in `MysqlCDCWithFlinkSchemaChangeIT`:** - Increase schema-evolution assertion timeout from 180s to 300s - Introduce named timeout constants for schema evolution and structure/data assertions - Keep the timestamp drift threshold unchanged while naming it as a constant ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. This change only affects E2E test stability. ### How was this patch tested? Ran: ``` ./mvnw spotless:apply ``` Per the flaky-CI fix workflow, no E2E tests were run locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
