### Purpose Reduce E2E CI flakiness caused by downloading JDBC or connector dependency jars from Maven Central inside test containers. These network downloads can fail independently of the PR being tested. ### Changes - Resolve required driver jars from the active test classpath instead of hard-coded remote Maven URLs. - Copy the resolved jars into the corresponding SeaTunnel plugin lib directories before E2E jobs run. - Apply the same pattern to StarRocks, Pulsar, CDC MySQL/Postgres/OpenGauss/Oracle/MongoDB/TiDB, EdgeSocket, Kafka format, and Doris E2E tests. - Keep resolver helpers scoped to their E2E modules or existing abstract test classes. ### User-facing No user-facing behavior change.
