Thanks for the review, and for tracing the S3 call chain! I compared this branch against `origin/dev` (locally and via the GitHub API), and the diff shows 12 files, all S3-scoped — the four `S3File.md` docs, `S3FileBaseOptions`, `S3HadoopConf`, the two S3 factories, `S3RedshiftSinkFactory`, and the S3/hive tests that referenced the removed enum. I couldn't find `PostgresCatalog.java`, `JdbcPostgresIT.java`, or `JdbcOpenGaussIT.java` in it. I think the branch was just behind `dev` — the dropped-column `PostgresCatalog` fix (`d6df7f2`) landed there recently, so it likely showed up when diffing against an older base.
